a few words

Before creating Aspire Academy in 2022, Melissa was a NYC DOE teacher for over 10 years. During her NY teaching career, she taught general education and special education in grades 2 through 8. She also founded and led multiple math and reading after-school programs. The last 3 years have been spent at Wake County Public School System teaching at the middle school and high school levels.
